Title:"Got Ghosts?" Paranormal Conference - Allegan
Description:

Get into the spirit of things with Michigan Paranormal Encounters as we host our 2009 Allegan Paranormal Conference at the historic Griswold Auditorium in quaint downtown Allegan on Oct 16 & 17.  It is said that the Griswold is home to a haunt or two of its own!

Friday night, October 16, a lantern-lit ghost tour of downtown Allegan will wind its way through streets lined with beautiful old buildings - each with a secret or two hidden behind its walls.  Later that night join MPE investigators for a late night paranormal investigation of the reportedly haunted Elks Lodge, which was built over a hundred years ago as the John Robinson Hospital.  Employees and guests alike have heard ghostly voices and have found furniture rearranged by unseen hands!

On Saturday, speakers share their unique knowledge of different paranormal topics:  "Haunted Travels of Michigan", "Strange Tales of Michigan", "Murder She Sees - Through the Eyes of Psychic Detective", "Psychic Protection", and "Communicating with Animal"

Saturday night, the "History, Hauntings, and Heroes" cemetery tour in Oakwood Cemetery.  For those brave enough, the Old Jail Museum will open its doors for a ghost tour, guided by one of our experienced paranormal investigators.
