4-H Camp Kidwell is turned into a "Winter Wonderland" featuring beautifully decorated trees and wreathes (available for purchase through silent and live auctions), a chance to visit with Santa, make cookies with Mrs. Claus, see reindeer and have a meal with family and friends!  The Festival of Trees is 4-H Camp Kidwell's largest fundraiser which has raised over $125,000 in 7 years!  Please stop out and be part of this wonderful event!

Fennville Arts Movement will host a local art showcase on Dec 3 and 4 as part of Fennville's holiday celebrations.  The "Holiday Art Hang" will be at Salt of the Eart and feature an opening reception with participating artists in attendance on Saturday, Dec 3 from 11am to 3pm. The free reception will feature music from The Bluecoast Quintet.  The public is invited.

Please join us this Christmas Season as Baker Allegan Studios and the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra with media sponsor WMUK 102.1 FM present Allegan Holiday Pops.  Making their first appearance at the Griswold Auditorium, The Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra with special guest vocalist Diane Penning will perform traditional & sacred Christmas carols as well as sing-a-long fun for the whole family.

Directly following the concert will be a VIP Reception for the GRSO in the lower level of the Griswold.  The Allegan Area Arts Council will have a cash bar with all concession profits going to benefit the AAAC.

Borgess-Pipp Hospital, 411 Naomi St in Plainwell, will host its annual tree lighting ceremony as part of its Tree of Love campaign.  Community donations to the Tree of Love campaign fund mammograms at Borgess hospitals for low-income women without health insurance.  Donors may recognize someone important in their lives.  Each honoree is represented by a light on a tree and mailed an acknowledgement card.

Another horse-drawn wagon will be added to the Festive Friday schedule from 5 - 8pm the night of the Art Hop where more than 30 artists will be featured at 20 locations downtown Allegan.

Community carolers from the Allegan Music Club and the Allegan Area Arts Council will provide music as they stroll through downtown.
