The free Easter event will feature four hunts organized into age groups:  2 and younger; 3 to 4; 5 to 6; and 7 to 8.

President Rob Brower said the club has sponsored the event for the last five years.  Though it is free, he encouraged participants to make donations to help cover the cost of the event.

Shine Under "No Place Like Home" tour kicks off at the Griswold Auditorium.  There will be great music, giveaways, and a benefit.  Three of the four band members are born and raised Allegan natives.  Sean Rogers and Adam Knauf are 2004 graduates of Allegan High School, Greg Bergeron is a 2008 AHS grad.  The one 'foreigner' of the group, Mike Petty is originally from NY. 

All the proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to the Hillside Learning and Behavior Center.  Shine Under has also worked with the Big Brother Big Sister organization to allow this event to be a sponsored event.  If you are a part of the organization you only pay for the "Big".

First Congregational Church, 323 Cutler St, will host its "Pretty Pots and Flower Tops" spring bazaar from 9am - 2pm featuring flower and vegetable plants, new and used garden items and a bake sale.  From 11am - 2pm there will also be a pig roast and music.

The Otsego Area Historical Society, 218 N Farmer St, is hosting a bridal exhibit featuring wedding dresses from 1893 to 2009, bridal party dresses and historical artifacts, photos and clippings.  The exhibit will be displayed through May 16.

Viewings are Wednesdays from 5-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm.

Homeschool Performing Arts will be bringing "The Pirates of Penzance" to Comstock Community Auditorium in late April and early May.  The cast is made up of 62 homeschoolers from 22 different communities.  Parents and students work side by side toward a common goal to produce music, drama, and musical theatre productions.
