Information Services is comprised of two primary areas of focus:

• Resource Planning and Project Management Team
• Technical Support Services Team

Resource Planning and Project Management Team

The focus of this team is in planning, coordinating, and managing projects across the Allegan County organization to maximize efficiencies while working within the county's budget. This team also monitors and analyzes statistical data for purposes of maintaining dashboard data, strategic planning, performance metrics, and improving efficiencies in all service areas.

Technical Support Services Team

This team is primarily responsible for maintaining the entire Allegan County Information System (ACIS). This is inclusive of the following services for the County, including all client/server operations, telecommunication support, GIS data management and mapping, and applications development, mapping, web development, document imaging, and technology innovation services.
