NOTE:
These submissions will be monitored and reviewed Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, as time allows. For all emergencies, please call 911.
If you want to see an Officer, call Central Dispatch at 269.673.3899. If not, you may use this Citizen Self-Reporting system.
| Who: | Any person at least 18 years of age or business entity who wants to report an incident online that occurred in Allegan County. |
| What: | Self-reporting of non-emergency minor incidents or crimes where there is no known suspect, no evidence to be collected, any damage and/or loss does not exceed $1,000, and does not involve a traffic crash. |
| How: | Click the link below to “File ONLINE Report” and follow the prompts to complete the necessary information. The data will then be transmitted to the Sheriff’s Office, where it will be reviewed during the hours of Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, then forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement agency for the location where the incident occurred. If any further information is needed, an Officer will contact you via e-mail or phone, as time allows. Once the report is reviewed and all information is complete, it will then be incorporated into the official reporting system. A copy of the police report will then be available to the reporting person or business via e-mail. |
