Season Passes

SEASON PASSES are valid for one calendar year (January 1 - December 31) and may be purchased anytime throughout that calendar year.

The Season Pass provides access for one watercraft trailer (or one vehicle carrying motorized or non motorized watercraft vessels) to the watercraft launches at Dumont Lake County Park, Gun Lake County Park, and New Richmond Bridge County Park. Launches are $6 per watercraft vessel without a season pass.

The Season Pass also allows access to the Allegan County Equestrian Trails. Trailheads are located at Silver Creek County Park and Campground, and Ely Lake County Campground. The season pass covers all horses on one horse trailer for day riding or all horses on one campsite when equestrian camping. Day riding is $5 per horse per day without a season pass.

Season Passes DO NOT include campsite fees at any Allegan County owned or managed campground.

PUBLIC NOTICE – GUN LAKE BOAT LAUNCH: Effective immediately, the gate machine and gate arm at the Gun Lake Boat Launch are no longer in use. Payment is still required to use the boat launch. Any users who currently have gate access keys may discard them, as they are no longer needed.

To use the Gun Lake Boat Launch, the public must choose one of the following payment methods:

• Purchase a Season Pass and place the pass on the windshield of the vehicle being used to access the launch.

• Pay daily using the QR code payment system (coming soon), or

• Pay daily with cash or check in the on-site pay tube.

Failure to pay the required launch fee may result in enforcement action.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support of the Gun Lake Boat Launch and Allegan County Parks.

There are no entrance fees to enter any Allegan County Park or Campground.
